haa tibe2 semangat nk exercise tu dtang tnpa diseru. maybe dah sedar i makin gemuk! :(

SOOOO, smlm start jogging about 20+ minutes je tpi bngge nih bngge calories buang dekat 200! whoaa sukenye sukenye :DD and today, jogging 10 minutes je. kaki sakit :P tpi xpe, smgt tu penting kannn ? hehehe

*wahahahaha okay, tu rekaan smate2 :P berangan is some sort of motivation ritee ? :D
so lagi sbulan, we wait n see if there is ANY change in weight ok ;))
